I believe your body has the full capability to heal itself especially when given the correct tools to do so. My goal in these consultations is to provide you with practical tools in order to achieve your health goals.

Through my own struggles with chronic illness, I have learned that our body’s hold immense knowledge in what it needs to fully heal. We simply need to provide an environment in which it can.

Pricing

I offer 1 hour virtual consultations for $88 this includes a custom herbal product (tea or tincture) for US residents. You will also receive a detailed packet with food & herb suggestions. Sessions are over Zoom or Phone.
