We do not collect duties or taxes so please be aware of that when collecting your package. I do offer Custom tinctures! You can find it in the products page. This is a great option for people who want a blend tailored to their body.

I also can do Apple Cider Vinegar extractions if you have an issue with vodka. Please keep in mind that the commitment is for purchasing a minimum of 12 ounces.

A tincture uses alcohol as the solvent to extract the herbs benefits. I recommend adding the recommended dosage on your bottle to a small amount of water, juice, tea, etc. You can also take directly by mouth, but this may be too strong for people. I use 80 proof vodka to extract.

There are no essential oils used in my products. I rely on the smell and color of the plants in my products.

Every person is different! Your desired outcome, individual health, and lifestyle choices have an impact on how well herbal blends will work for you. With herbal products, the general recommendation is 3 months of use to see a difference.

While herbal products are incredibly supportive for your healing journey, they do not work the same as traditional western medications. Herbs don't target one specific area, but rather work synergistically in your body.

I have had many people through the years disappointed that my blends didn't restore a missing period for them after reading promising reviews so I would like to make a note here about that. I can't make any guarantees for my products especially about specific health issues. There are a long list of factors that can contribute to amenorrhea such as low estrogen, poor nutrition, PCOS, ovarian syndrome, undereating, etc. Like I wrote, herbs don't work like western medications and your personal health and lifestyle choices can make a big impact on how well herbs will work for you.

While tinctures can last up to 3 or more years, I recommend using my tinctures within a year of purchase for maximum potency.

This is very individual and up to parents discretion/research. All of my tinctures are made with alcohol, but the alcohol can be diluted by adding to hot water or letting sit in water for several minutes before consuming.

If using on children, please keep in mind the dosage on the bottles is for an average adult.
